This growing and highly professional property and asset management company is looking to appoint an assistant to a Senior Property Portfolio Manager. The role requires a highly ethical, principled and energetic individual who is looking to be part of a team, and be pro-active in providing excellent service to clients and tenants.
Although there is a fair amount of desk administration and liaison with parties both internally and externally, this role will also require you to go to various buildings to ensure contractors are meeting deadlines on maintenance work, and to ensure that cleaning staff attend to the relevant tasks at changeover. You will also provide service to clients on access discs, remotes, parking, etc., schedule maintenance work, and be able to assist with broker viewings for photographs.
In terms of administration, you will need to source various products, equipment and services, as well as quotations, and you will learn to scrutinise lease documents, update vacancies, and tenant information as well as send notifications to tenants when necessary pertaining to their property
The idea with this position is that you will be trained to handle the junior work, but there is scope to learn quickly and eventually grow into a productive and efficient Property Portfolio Manager in your own right.
