An exceptional opportunity awaits a dynamic professional to lead Marketing, New Business, and Client Relationship Management for a prominent nonprofit organization. This pivotal role is dedicated to enhancing the organization's financial capacity to fund critical projects and services within child healthcare.

This position will require the leading efforts to generate new income and diversify funding streams, leveraging innovative and creative approaches. Importantly, the focus extends beyond traditional fundraising, incorporating cutting-edge techniques and tools to tap into new markets and income sources.

The successful candidate for this role must demonstrate exceptional leadership and managerial qualities, creativity, and sensitivity. The ability to leverage the unique strengths of the existing team, coupled with the skill to foster a collaborative environment, is crucial in this role. It requires not only recognizing and tapping into individual strengths but also cultivating and guiding team members towards heightened productivity and overall effectiveness.

Main Skills Attributes and Responsibilities

Leadership Excellence: The ideal candidate should exhibit strong leadership capabilities, with experience guiding teams with clarity, vision, and a motivational approach. Effective decision-making and the ability to inspire others to achieve their full potential are essential.

· At least 8-10 years of experience in a managerial role, demonstrating comprehensive operational proficiency in driving new business initiatives through effective management of the new business team. Responsible for ensuring the consistent retention of existing clients and achieving established goals.

· Strategic Partnership Development: Proven expertise in creating, developing, and sustaining strategic partnerships and relationships, encompassing external stakeholders and existing business partners.

· Educational Background: Preferably holds a degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field, forming the foundation for new business generation.

· Innovative Thinking: Demonstrates a track record of fostering innovative and creative thinking within the current or previous organizational context.

· Exceptional Writing Skills: Exhibits excellent proficiency in both narrative storytelling and crafting compelling promotional materials. Strong capabilities in proposal, grant applications, and report writing are essential.

· Strategic Planning: Collaborates with the CEO and the leadership team to plan budgets and set objectives aligned with the organizational development needs. Proven track record in effectively managing project timelines and resources.

· Monitoring and Evaluation: Capable of implementing robust systems for monitoring and evaluation, ensuring the availability of strong measurement tools to effectively illustrate success.
